- Turn around time is 2-3  business days from boards arrival. (Please also consider time for USPS to deliver board back to you, 3 business day average.

- If your board has been tampered with, please give us a call first. We will not work on any board without an approval. 

- Please make sure you pack and wrap your circuit board properly to avoid any damage during transportation. If board arrives cracked, we will immediately inform you and will ship it back back to you. We will refund your money, except shipping cost. 

- If we can't repair your circuit board we will provide a full refund. 

- If your board arrives in a good working condition,  we will charge $25 bench fee. This fee will be deducted from amount you paid. Also, shipping cost will not be refunded as we will use it to ship your board back.
