Shipping policy

International shipping is available. All customs fees and taxes levied by a country when importing an item is the customer's responsibility.

If a package is stolen off your porch or from your driveway, we will file a claim with carrier on your behalf and have them investigate the matter. If the claim is denied, we will be unable to issue a refund for the package.
