Domestic Shipping
We'll ship your purchased item the same day or the next day (Monday through Friday) via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS, or FedEx.
Stolen Packages
If a package is stolen from your porch or driveway, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and have them investigate the matter. If the claim is denied, we will be unable to issue a refund for the package.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to Argentina, Australia, Chile, Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Singapore.
Customers are responsible for all import-related charges.
The price you pay at checkout does not include import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be assessed when your order enters the country of destination.
Customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier determine these charges, and the customer is responsible for them.
If applicable, the carrier or customs authorities may contact you for payment before or upon delivery.
