Domestic Shipping
We'll ship your purchased item the same day or the next day (Monday through Friday) via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS, or FedEx.
Stolen Packages
If a package is stolen from your porch or driveway, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and have them investigate the matter. If the claim is denied, we will be unable to issue a refund for the package.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
International orders are handled differently depending on the destination country. Please review the information below before placing your order.
🇨🇦 Canada
Customers in Canada are responsible for all import-related charges.
The price you pay at checkout does not include Canadian import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be assessed when your order enters Canada.
Canadian customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier determine these charges, and the customer is responsible for them.
If applicable, the carrier or customs authorities may contact you for payment before or upon delivery.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom | 🇳🇱 Netherlands
Import duties and applicable import taxes/customs charges, excluding VAT, are included in the price shown on our website for eligible international orders.
We use Shopify Managed Markets to manage international orders to the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, including applicable import duties, customs requirements, and international shipping.
VAT is not included in the price shown on our website. Any VAT applicable to your order is the responsibility of the buyer and may be collected separately in accordance with the tax and import regulations of the destination country.
Depending on the destination country's requirements and the shipping process, VAT may be collected by the carrier, customs authorities, or another party responsible for collecting import taxes. You may therefore be required to pay VAT separately when the shipment is imported or before it can be delivered.

While Shopify Managed Markets helps manage applicable import duties and customs requirements, the treatment and collection of VAT are determined by the tax and customs rules of the destination country. Customs authorities ultimately determine the applicable duties and taxes.
