However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience issues with your TV, we encourage you to contact us first. Our technicians may assist with troubleshooting when possible, depending on part availability and our schedule.

Exchanges for a different item may be allowed at our discretion. The buyer is responsible for any price differences and all shipping costs, including return shipping.

All shipping charges, to and from the buyer, are non-refundable.
