This circuit board will likely fix symptoms like: 

• No Power, no standby light in front.

• Tv plays fine for 5, 10, 30 min then cuts off. If you leave TV rest for a few minutes, it will turn back on again.

• Tv Cycles On / Off  - This issue could also be caused by a defective Main Board. Please make sure you diagnose your TV properly.
